I’ve been on a soup kick lately and I expect this week to be no different. I’ve been remaking my old favorites in my Instant Pot so I can share the directions for all my IPers. I also plan to start my bread baking again but every time I plan to do it, it gets hot again. Despite the warm weather here in Arizona, I’m on a fall kick and gearing up for Thanksgiving.

Weekly Plant-Based Meal Plan
This week I’ll be taking my Texas-Style Chili to a chili cook off but the rest of the week will be business as usual. I plan to have plenty of soups. I’ll also make Oatmeal in my Instant Pot to save time and sanity.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Sandwiches and apple slices
Toast with SoyNut Butter and fresh fruit
Nachos or Tostadas
Nachos (using leftovers)
Raisin Cinnamon Oatmeal (see my Oatmeal Guide)
