I’m starting my first blog to chronicle my family’s journey to a plant based diet. We began this journey in the Fall of 2011. My husband and I both lost weight and felt much better. I hope to encourage others to adopt this life style and take charge of their health. I’m not really a writer but I am passionate about being a wife and mother. By adopting a plant based life style I feel like we are being better stewards of this body we’ve been given.
