Are you ready to change your life? If not what will it take; sky high cholesterol or blood pressure, too much weight that won’t go anywhere, or a dire diagnosis?
I’ve been speaking to a lot of people lately who are interested in making the switch to a plant-based diet and I can assure you it is not as difficult as you may think. For the next few weeks I’ll focus on the “how to’s” of making a change to a plant-based diet. Topics will include Tossing the Junk, How to Shop, Eating Out, What to Eat, plus the usual Meal Plans and recipes.
So what are you waiting for?
On a side note I’ve been traveling since the middle of last week so my blogging has been a bit irregular. Next week I’ll be back in a in a routine and return to the regularly scheduled program. 😉

Love it! You’re so right Holly! Once you’ve transitioned it is much easier, I’ve been noticing that I use less soap when washing the dishes, and many pots and pans can be just rinsed. Since there’s no animal products or oil being used.
Oh and Daniel (10 years old) said the other day that he can run now, and doesn’t get a stomach cramp. And at school he can climb higher and quicker on the monkey bars. Pretty cool that my boys, who’ve been pretty healthy their whole lives, even feel better!
I’m excited that your doing this, I think being informed is key, and seeing that us “normal” and very busy moms can do it too. Of course there may be a “splurge” here or there, and then our intelligently designed bodies let us know…don’t splurge! LOL!

This is GREAT! It is not that hard…but for people like me that grew up on meat for every meal and dairy as a side…it is a whole other world. One year later I feel very confident when I make meals, but I am still learning and I love it! 🙂

I agree that it is a whole other world. I was recently reminded of that went “back home” to visit family. Most of them were interested but a few thought we were crazy!
