Are you a cilantro lover? I am. Some people HATE cilantro, I don’t get it.
If you hate cilantro you could leave it out of this dish and it would still taste amazing!
This is so good like this but it is amazing on a bed of greens or wrapped up in a tortilla.

This looks yummy and it reminds me of Chipotle.
Chipotle IS my favorite place to eat! 🙂
Cilantro and lime is such an awesome combo 🙂
That looks so good! I tried voting but there weren’t any social media icons below your picture when I went to your recipe page 🙁
Hi Gretchen, Thank you for trying to vote. I’m not sure what the problem is. I see icons for Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Stumbleupon, and Pinterest near the top of the recipe but under the main picture of the Quinoa and Black Beans.
I hope no one else is having a problem. Thanks for letting me know though. If you try it again let me know if it works.
This looks amazing! All my favorite flovors in one dish! I like the idea of infusing the lime and cilantro into the quinoa. Can’t wait to make it!
This is my kind of meal!! I eat bowls of this stuff all the time, but it’s that cilantro addition that really takes it over the top!! One small addition makes a HUGE flavor change!
I love cilantro. I had a lot if cilantro in my garden this spring but it got too hot. I can’t wait for a fall batch. I’m going to plant double the amount.
I can’t seem to get the link to the recipe to work. Have you taken this recipe down? Thanks for your help
