    • Thanks Laura! I’ve been working to make an easy “how to” guide. There is a lot of information out there on being plant-based but it is really hard to find it all in one place. I hope I’m able to make it easier for those who are just beginning. Le me know if you’d like a copy to review on your blog!

  5. The title sounds right, but I can’t tell if this is what I need. Can you please advise the number of pages, as well as scan/post the table of contents? That would help out, if you can do it.
