You all know I’m a HUGE FAN of North Coast Organics line of deodorants that include Death By Lavender, Revolver and Naked. I’ve never used a deodorant that stopped the stink, especially through an Arizona summer like North Coast Organics deodorants.
They sent me their new lotion bars to try out and once more I’m in love. I’ve used a different brand of lotion bar but it left something to be desired. North Coast Organics Lotion Bars are easy to rub in and leave my hands feeling soft and protected for hours. There is no weird film that some heavy-duty creams leave behind.
These handmade lotion bars come in Lemon, Floral and Untitled. I’ve always loved anything lemon scented and tried the Lemon Lotion Bar first. I love it. I usually put it on first thing in the morning and I love it’s clean, fresh scent. I was originally skeptical of the Floral bar but this is a nice, pleasant scent that is not perfume-y or overwhelming. Untitled may be my favorite though. It’s great for men or women. I use it every night. They are made from food grade products so you don’t have to worry if you 2 year old tries to eat one.
I’m the kind of person who uses lotion daily. When the cooler weather sets in my skin gets drier but these lotion bars will help keep my skin smooth and soft.

I love lotion bars, especially for this time of year. There are so many with beeswax in them though so it’s nice to hear that a company is making vegan ones.

I have never heard of a lotion bar before! I would love to try it. My skin is already starting to get soooo dry and my lotion isn’t cutting it.

These are a little tough for whole body use, although it works well its just not as easy to use all over. I use it on dry spots and hands and feet. It works wonders.

I have not tried a natural deodorant or a lotion bar. I have wanted to try natural deodorant, but I have been afraid it won’t work. I guess I won’t know unless I start trying it! I am going to look into north coast organics and see what else they offer! 🙂
Rachel I was hesitant to try natural deodorant too. I live near Phoenix, AZ and I made the switch in the middle of summer when 115 degrees was typical. I am a believer! I hope you give it a try.

I use natural deodorant that I make myself. I haven’t tried lotion bars, but I have saved several DIY recipes and am eager to see what the hype is about. They seem like they’d be perfect to have around now that the weather is getting cooler. Would love to try this brand.
I was so unsatisfied with traditional deodorant that I was getting ready to go the diy route but I’d rather buy. I’m so glad I found North Coast Organics. I’ve seen DIY lotion bars too but they weren’t vegan. I’m sure you could tweak the recipe but some things I’d rather buy, especially when I have a coupon. 🙂
I’ve never used a natural deodorant, but I have tried lotion bars and love them! They don’t have the greasy feel that lots of bottled lotions have. We are in the process of transitioning to a plant-based/vegan diet right now, and I can tell you, we are never going back! 🙂

Nicole, These are very easy to apply. They have a spray lotion that I haven’t tried yet but I think it would be easier for whole body use but you can’t beat the lotion bars for your hands. Thanks for entering the giveaway!

I totally understand! Living in Arizona I didn’t expect the deodorant to work so well. I still sweat but I never stink. The lotion bars work great! I don’t apply them to my whole body, usually just hands and feet or any rough areas. It would be tough to rub them everywhere. My hands feel so much better now.
