I love reading cookbooks! Lately I’ve been relying on ebooks to get my fix because they are usually less expensive and I always have access to my favorite recipes, especially when I’m at the store or a friend’s house.

Plant-Based, Vegan and Gluten-Free
I LOVED reading a cookbook that is safe for our whole family. Sure there are some delicious recipes in this book that use nuts but we can easily substitute those. Many “healthy” cookbooks still contain gluten which is a no-no in our house. We already buy gluten-free oats and using Sarah’s easy method’s I can prep a weeks worth of breakfast in minutes. She also includes a Freezer Bag Method, Mug Method or “Bring to Boil” Pot Method.
If you need help streamlining you breakfast routine or even some inspiration this book is a great investment. Oatmeal On The Go includes 11 recipes and helpful tips. So whether you are a Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal fan or more of a Coconut & Blueberry Oatmeal kind of person Sarah has got you covered. I’m sure this book has a few combinations you can’t live without.

What is your favorite oatmeal combination?
Love me some oatmeal – pick me!
Yes please!
Fave is cinnamon, coconut, blueberries &agave syrup.
Kristen, That sounds like a delicious combination!
I love it with butter and brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Trying to eat healthier though so I am trying to eat it plain.
You definitely need Sarah’s book! There are so many healthy options! I love it sweet as well but have learned to sweeten it with fruit and sometimes a little maple syrup. 🙂 yum! Oatmeal for dinner anyone?
My favorite way to eat oatmeal is sprinkled on top of a big bowl of fruit–kind of like a fruit crisp!
Courtney
I like that as well!
Sounds delicious Courtney! I baked a whole pan of cinnamon apples recently, they are so good on oatmeal, reminds me of a fruit crisp when I’m eating it too.
Shredded coconut with warm berries is our family favorite!
Krista, I wouldn’t have thought of that combination but now that you mention it my mouth is watering. Thanks for entering the giveaway!
I am pretty sure that Quaker Oat packet of apple flavor does not really count as Oatmeal, but that is all I have really had in the oat meal category.
Stacey you are missing a world of deliciousness! You really need this book! 🙂
Applesauce and cinnamon is the norm in my house.
Can’t go wrong with applesauce and cinnamon!
a scoop of nut butter, and some flax meal!!
Me too Jen! When I have flax meal I add it but I always forget to buy more when I run out. I love peanut butter and sun butter too! So good!
I like chocolate chips in my oatmeal!
Chocolate chips make everything better Melissa! In fact, I may just have a few right now. Check out my recipe for Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal, I think you will like it.
